My Experience

I grew up working for my father, the owner of B.L. Carter Construction, helping him build custom homes for people who wanted to create a life here in the Lowcountry! After spending 2 years at the College of Charleston, I decided to drop out of college, I found a friend group interested in flipping houses,  and volunteered to get my real estate license to help! I put myself through Real Estate school and got my license in less than 4 months! I was a part of 3 very successful house flips and realized I could help others, especially first time home buyers, now that I had my license! I am now 3 years into having my License and I have been able to help so many folks sell their property and find their forever home! My experience working for my father and flipping houses has allowed me to apply my knowledge when helping a client choose the perfect house!
